If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be severed to the extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Any rights, obligations, or liabilities that by their nature should survive termination of this Agreement will survive termination.

Failure to exercise any right under this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of that right.

Loss or Damage
